Welcome to 2018 History Buffs. Like many of the viewers on this channel I, am a MILLENNIAL. And like many MILLENNIALS I’ve been told many times by those born in the 40s, and 50s that we’re ruining every industry, and swapping home ownership for avocado toast. However, the worst sin of all is that we can’t just pick up the newspaper, turn to the classifieds and get a decent job anymore due to our laziness. Today, I’m going to go into why your parents think this way, and why the world they grew up in is very different than ours when it comes to opportunity.

In this video I go through step by step on how to do Baby Boomer nails and the best way to create this design.
As I said in the video, its a lot easier when u use a glitter nail bed as the glitter hides the white acrylic which ends up on ur nail bed, if u havent got a glitter nail bed colour then I hope I explained well enough on how to get a decent looking design!!

Why Baby Boomers, Millennials & GenerationX Don’t Exist | Clive Colledge | TEDxBristol



What do Michelle Obama and Nigel Farage have in common? The answer – very little. Despite this they are both labelled as “GenerationX”.

Clive Colledge invites you to forget anything the media or advertising tells you about the generation you belong to. In this timely and candid TEDx talk Clive demonstrates that labeling individuals into generational stereotypes of Millennials, GenerationX, Baby Boomers and Seniors is not only based on false data but leads to unhelpful and damaging divisions in society.

His talk proposes a fresh and exciting approach that encourages connection across generations to create innovative problem solving in society – connections based on values and interests – not age. After all, “We were born to connect. We were not born to stereotype”.
