    Heads Tails says:

Baby boomers went to university for free, had much cheaper houses, better paid jobs, higher interest rates on their pensions and savings, cheaper fuel

And they wonder why the younger generation are pissed off and want a change in the system….

  2. Reasonable Speculation
    Reasonable Speculation says:

A college education was the Golden Ticket to the Greatest Generation…  Baby Boomers with a Bachelors Degree got a job, but were disposable….. Millennials need a Masters Degree to get the same job…..  AND USA is bringing in the Best and the Brightest from around the Globe to REPLACE those Above Average American College Graduates.

    NR1997 says:

Millennials are often regarded as lazy and entitled by baby boomers. Why? Is it because we want to be able to afford a house and get a decent wage? It honestly doesn't surprise me that a majority of the youth support socialism. The system is failing us.

    James Nicholl says:

I started contributing to my 401(k) when I was hired in 2009. Since 2009 and now, I've only made about 10% in interest. Meanwhile the DOW has gone from 8k to 22k.
All the gains are going to fees. It's a giant scam.
Opt out of your 401(k) and use the money to buy index funds, and hedge with gold. You'll be better off.

    Joe Marks says:

Are tax havens partially responsible for the great divide and how gen-x keeps getting erased from the equation? The Price We Pay was an interesting watch. The invisible social contract was broken long before most of us were even born. Following the same fiscal failures will lead further away from justice and closer to comic relief, as evidenced by the world stage.

    Robert Ridley says:

All I know is that it's frustrating as a gen xer with a master's degree and no career to go to networking events and be surrounded by millennials who seem to have had no problem getting jobs right out of college and who defy everything he said in this video.
